Stripes & Floral…

Hi peeps and happy weekend! I’m wearing a look today that you probably have somewhere in your closet! You can easily create this look at home with your fav pair of denim shorts, your fav feminine blouse, a pair of sneakers, and a small scarf! This is a thin silk scarf that I used to tie around the belt loops and create a belt with it. I mixed florals and stripes with this look and it turned out so cute! If you have a thin scarf at home you just twist it and put it through the loops and either tie it at the front or twist it underneath like I did. I love doing this! I think it makes any look look so unique and adds a flare to it.

Today’s Tips

Patterns to mix

  • Leopard & Stripes
  • Stripes & Floral
  • Floral & Pinstripe
  • Snake print & Pinstripe

These are some of my favorite prints or patterns to mix together. I’ve tried all of these combos and find they look best with each other but always make sure there isn’t too much color clash when mixing these. Stick with a few colors!

Pops Of Red…

| Dress: Endless Rose | Shoes: Topshop | Sunnies: Urban Outfitters |

Happy Friday! I recently cleaned out and organized my closet and found so many pieces I had completely forgot about like this dress. Isn’t that the best!? I purchased this one from Revolve last summer but found one slightly similar from Revolve and linked it for you. Also, these Topshop boots are the best! They’re great for adding a pop of color and some edge to a more feminine outfit like this one. You can never have too many shoes or too many dresses!

Have a great weekend! Thank you for reading.

Hard Times…

| Shirt: WRST Behavior | Pants: J.Crew | Shoes: H&M | Sunnies: ASOS |

Welcome back loves! Lately I’ve been really into trying out new brands and brands that are just starting off from all over the world. I find them through social media or other websites and its actually really fun to see what you can find. I needed to branch out to more brands for awhile and just recently got into it and now I love it! It’s so fun to see what all is out there and really mix up your style and take risks with what you’re wearing. I have had my eye on WRST Behavior for awhile and decided to try it out and I ordered a few things from them and love it! I thought since it was from Germany it might take awhile for shipping but they shipped in a timely manner and I plan on purchasing a lot more from them in the future! On that note, look out for some new brands I’ll be talking about and wearing in the future.

Little Denim Dress…

Happy Friday! Can we all take a minute to admire these shoes? I’m in LOVE with them! I can’t wait to wear them this fall with some distressed denim. Pointed toes shoes are the big rave right now, especially bright colored ones. These are dupes of the Balenciaga ones that you’ve probably seen all over fashion accounts. If you don’t want to pay that much for a trendy shoe I suggest these! They were $72 and you can get free two day shipping on ASOS. Everything is linked above, you just click on where its from and the link will take you straight to the item!

Have a wonderful weekend!

| Skirt: I Am Gia | Top: Verge Girl | Shoes: Dr. Martens | Sunnies: ASOS |

Hi everyone! I’m so in love with this skirt and the brand I got it from. I Am Gia is a new brand and they’ve been killing the game. This skirt is seriously so cute and flattering. Its going to be perfect for this fall as well so I had to purchase it the second I saw it. I also love their leather mini skirt but its been sold out for awhile so I’m looking forward to it coming back in stock. They also just came out with their fall line that you can now pre order and its all so cute! Animal prints and plaid is in big for this fall whether its on skirts, dresses, shoes, everything!

Dress Into a Kimono…

| Shoes: Zara | Purse: Celine | Kimono: ASOS |

Happy Wednesday! We’re almost to the weekend! If you remember I did a blog post on this dress that I turned into a kimono for todays look awhile back. I like it better as a kimono because as a dress its very oversized even when its belted! Kimonos are a big trend right now and you can join in on the trend if you’re a fan of it pretty easy. We all have a kimono in our closest or at least something we can change into one. If you have a oversized button up dress that’s short sleeve or it could be long sleeve you can easily make it into a kimono. Also, if you have a silk robe at home you could use that as a kimono too if you just take out the belted part of it!

Neutral Look…

| Top: Urban Outfitters | Shoes: ASOS | Sunnies: Le Specs on sale!|

Hi everyone! I’m usually not a skirt person but I’ve been mixing it up a lot lately and wanted to do a dressier look today with this boohoo skirt. This skirt is a couple year old so I couldn’t find it to link. I think every girl needs a neutral colored skirt in their closet whether its brown, black, or a beige color its always good to have one because you can pair a neutral skirt with so many different things! Also, always always always have multiple pairs of neutral colored shoes from heels to sneakers they will always work with any and everything.

Have a great day!
